Event Photography
Hours (1-2 hours): $350
Half-Day Event Coverage (up to 4 hours): $600
Full-Day Event Coverage (up to 8 hours): $1,100
Additional Hourly Rate (after 8 hours): $150 per hour

Mini Session (up to 30 minutes): $200
Standard Session (up to 1 hour): $350
Extended Session (up to 2 hours): $500
Headshots
Individual Headshot Session (up to 30 minutes,): $250
Professional Portrait Session (up to 1 hour): $250

FAQ’s

Yes! As a professional photographer, I provide general liability coverage for your institution. If you require a Certificate of Insurance (COI), please request it at least 48 hours before the event or mention it on the day the contract is signed.

To ensure availability, I recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for events such as weddings and large gatherings. For smaller sessions, 1-2 weeks is usually sufficient.

Cancellations made:
More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of the deposit.
Less than 30 days before the event: The 30% of the deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling is free if requested at least 14 days in advance (subject to availability). For emergencies, please contact me directly.

Absolutely! I love working in different locations and am happy to travel. Travel fees may apply for locations outside a 50-mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA. Contact me for a custom travel quote.

The turnaround time depends on the type of session:
Portrait and family sessions: 1-2 weeks
Weddings and large events: 4-6 weeks
If you need expedited delivery, let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

You will receive your edited photos via an online gallery where you can download high-resolution images to share with your guests or clients. Additionally, I will provide a WeTransfer link with all the pictures for direct download to your computer. The gallery will be available for one year, and the WeTransfer link will remain active for six months.

Yes, all delivered photos include basic editing and color correction to ensure they look their best. Advanced retouching is available upon request for an additional fee.
